Presidential son Juan Miguel “Mikey” Arroyo has failed to declare contributions that he said he received when he ran for Congress. As to the sudden increase of his wealth, he said campaign contributions and wedding gifts were part of the reason why his net worth jumped from P5.7M in 2001 to P99.2M in 2008.
